Tara Jain is a Solicitor and Principal of the Law Practice, Tara Jain Solicitors. I have studied both, Bachelors of Laws and Bachelors of Science in Biotechnology from University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). I completed my studies from this top/leading university in 2001. I completed my Graduate Certificate for Legal Practice and obtained Practising Licence to practice in Supreme Court of NSW. I have Professional Indemnity insurance , both in my capacity to practice as Solicitor and for the firm of two million dollars ($2M) each. I am a member of Law Society of NSW and have been elected by my peers to be the Secretary (leadership committee) of Law Society’s Committee, North Metropolitan Regional Law Society. One of our Law Practice’s Consultant is former Judge and King’s Counsel, Hon David Lloyd. His Honour has retired as a Judge, and continues to practise as a Meditator and chairs Council’s Planning Commission. Tara has over 20 years legal practice experience and the Legal Practice has been firmly growing since its inception six years ago. She previously prepared case notes that were published in the Law report.
Tara has a rich experience and brings her extensive knowledge of property law to her clients from past experience at Land & Environment Court, Department of Lands (legal department), Local Councils (Legal Counsel) as well as leading law firm. She has resided and practised as a Solicitor in both, Victoria as well as Queensland. Her unique experience has given her the insight into the workings of both, local and State government as well as the Court system. She has taken up and led many successful cases in the Local Court, Supreme Court as well as the Land & Environment Court.
Tara is a legal Practising Certificate and is licensed to practice in all States in Australia. She holds a current licence.

David Lloyd KC
Previously a Judge of the Land and Environment Court of NSW and an acting Judge of the Supreme Court of NSW. During that time he was engaged by the National Judicial College of Australia, and by the Judicial Commission of NSW in presenting and facilitating judicial education and professional development programs for judicial officers. He also served on the Conduct Division of the Judicial Commission.
Upon retirement as a Judge he was appointed as a Visiting Fellow at the ANU College of Law and as a Judicial Associate of the National Judicial College of Australia. Appointed a Queens Counsel in NSW in 1991 and in the ACT, VIC and QLD in 1992. Currently he chairs two local government independent planning assessment panels, and presently an Adjunct Professor at Western Sydney University.
